APPLICATION

SPV is a circular, adjustable swirl supply diffuser with adjusting blades. The diffuser is designed for large air volumes and ceiling heights up to 16m.


DESIGN

The diffuser can be actuator-controlled, controlled manually or by thermal adjustment. With manual control, the blades are fixed in the desired position by a nut on the center screw, as shown in the section “COMMISSIONING” on the last page. The diffuser is equipped with a square shaft for mounting the actuator, as seen in the section “COMMISSIONING” on the last page. SPV is equipped with a equalizing grid at the neck of the diffuser, which ensures an even air flow over the entire diffuser. 

Thermal adjustment occurs when the air supply affects the thermal springs, which adjusts the flow pattern of the diffuser. At overtemperature the air jet will be adjusted down, to ensure air supply to the occupancy zone.

DESCRIPTION

The body of the SPV is produced in aluminium. The blades are produced in galvanic steel. SPV is coated in RAL 9010, gloss 30 finish.

INSTALLATION

SPV is mounted with screws from the spiro and into the neck of the diffuser. By using thermal springs the diffusor will adjust according to the air supply temperature. If the temperature is too high the diffusor will adjust to a vertical air jet. If the temperature is too low the diffusor will adjust to a horizontal air jet.
