It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Mr. Siegmar Adolph — known in the HVAC-R industry as Mr. Adolph — on May 13, 2025. He was the father of Dr. Marco Adolph, current Managing Director of TROX North America.

Throughout 50 years of dedication to the TROX Group in the Americas, Mr. Adolph built a career marked by professionalism, integrity, and meaningful contributions, leaving a legacy admired by all who had the privilege of working with him.

In this time of grief, we extend our heartfelt condolences to his children, family, friends, and colleagues. The memory and teachings of Mr. Adolph will forever remain part of TROX’s history.
